Welcome to Calculated Excellence LLC, hereinafter referred to as CalcX. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

CalcX offers structured thought partnership sessions (“Thought Sessions”) designed to help individuals and organizations think more clearly and make intentional decisions. Services may be purchased as standalone sessions or through a recurring subscription (“Thought Partnership Plan”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book or participate in a CalcX session. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Booking & Payment

Standalone Thought Sessions are paid at the time of booking.

Thought Partnership Plans are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly), according to the plan selected at checkout.

All payments are processed securely through our designated payment provider. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change with notice.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

You may reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice will be fully refunded or credited.

No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may not be refunded.

5. Session Conduct

CalcX sessions are designed to be respectful, confidential, and supportive. By booking, you agree to:

Show up on time and be fully present.

Treat your thought partner with courtesy and respect.

Avoid using CalcX for inappropriate or unethical purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if these expectations are not met.

6. Transcripts & Add-Ons

If you purchase a session transcript, it will include a written record of the conversation and a summary of key points. We take care to protect your privacy and store any transcripts securely.

7. Confidentiality

Your privacy matters. While CalcX is not bound by legal confidentiality (like therapy or legal services), we treat all sessions with discretion and care. We will not share your information or session content without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

8. Disclaimer

CalcX is not a medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic service. Thought Sessions are for reflective and strategic thinking support only. You remain responsible for any decisions made before, during, or after using CalcX services.

9. Subscription Management

You may cancel or modify your Thought Partnership Plan at any time through your account or by contacting us. Changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time with or without notice. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and notify users if significant changes are made.
